Media Candidate Profile ? Proven work experience as an HR Executive, or similar role ? Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems. ? Experience with full-cycle recruitment. ? Good knowledge of labour legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves, and insurance) ? Demonstrable leadership abilities ? Solid communication skills ? Assisting in developing fair HR policies and ensuring employees understand and comply with them. ? Managing the documentation process. ? Knowledge of Performance management system, ? Leave and Attendance Management. ? Sound understanding of compensation structure, PF and ESIC.
