Terms of Use of RMS
Welcome to Recruitment Management system of Frontline Capital Services Limited . By your using this facility, you agree to follow
and be bound by the following terms and conditions concerning your
use of RMS ("Terms of Use")
1. User: Frontline Capital Services Limited reserves
to itself the sole right to authorise one or more users to have
access to the intranet facility. This Intranet facility is available
for limited use by the authorised employees and other members of
'Frontline Capital Services Limited ' and authorised employees and members
of associates of 'Frontline Capital Services Limited ' ("Authorised
User"). Use by any other person, entity or otherwise, other
than mentioned above as "Authorised User" shall deem to
be unauthorized use thereof.
2. Track Power: The Company has the means
and the power to keep a track of the uses of RMS by any user.
3. Legal Implication: Any unauthorised use
of RMS shall lead to legal action by the Company against the unauthorized
user.
